1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 60 days of the delivery date of your order.
- The product is returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The product is not a custom or personalized item, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped by us.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at service@tindergoat.net with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and clear photos of the product (if applicable, e.g., for defective items).
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the product back to the address provided in the return authorization, including the RA number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the refund is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or style shipped).
3. Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Products returned after the 60-day window.
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products missing tags, original packaging, or other included items (e.g., accessories).
- Custom or personalized items, unless they are defective or incorrectly made.
- Shipping costs paid for the original delivery (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, style, or color), please contact us immediately at
