These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed through tindergoat.net (the “Website”) for the purchase of dresses and related products (“Products”). By placing an order with Tindergoat, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Order Submission: When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products listed in your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance.
  • Order Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to your provided email address once your order is processed. This email will include details such as your order number, Products purchased, total amount (in USD), and shipping information. Acceptance of your order is final only when we dispatch the Products.
  • Pricing: All prices on the Website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes (where required by law) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and if an error is found, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order (with a full refund if payment was processed).

2. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
  • Payment Processing: Payment is processed immediately upon order placement. If payment is declined, your order will not be fulfilled, and we will notify you via email.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees or charges, which are your responsibility.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days from the date of dispatch, regardless of the destination. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, carrier issues).
  • Shipping Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return Products for a refund within 60 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
    • The Product is not a custom or personalized item (unless defective).
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at service@tindergoat.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the Product. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and we are not responsible for any bank processing delays.

5. Product Information

  • Descriptions and Images: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen resolution or manufacturing differences.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tindergoat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or Website, including but not limited to delays in delivery, errors in order fulfillment, or dissatisfaction with Products (except as required by applicable law). Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Products in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
